Dr. Atassi photographs your face and your smile, designs the change on screen, and works through it in order: whitening first, then alignment where the position of the teeth is the problem, then bonding or veneers only for the teeth that still need them.
Some makeovers end up needing no veneers at all. The ones that do usually need two, four or six, not a full set.

Photographs and design
Photographs of your face and smile, x-rays and an examination. The change is designed on screen so you can see it before anything starts, and you get the plan and the cost together. - 02
Whitening and alignment
The teeth are whitened to the shade you want. Where crowding or position is part of the problem, alignment comes next, because a tooth moved into its right place may not need a veneer at all. - 03

Questions about smile makeovers.
A plan that combines whatever your smile needs: whitening, alignment, bonding, veneers, sometimes gum contouring. The combination is different for every person, and it is done in an order that keeps as much of your own teeth as possible.
Often not, or fewer than you expect. Whitening and alignment change a great deal on their own. Veneers are added only for the teeth that still need them afterwards.
Whitening. The porcelain is matched to your whitened teeth, not the other way round, and whitening first is one of the reasons fewer veneers end up being needed.
It depends on the plan. Whitening takes weeks. Alignment, where it is part of the plan, takes months. Veneers are made and bonded at the end. Your timeline comes with your plan.
That is the point of designing to your face. The shape, length and color are decided from photographs of you, and tried in before anything is bonded.
